RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Exchange is only valid if incorrect size was sent or item has original manufacturer defects.
Item can be exchanged only with the same style, but different size (subject to availability). If the same style is out of stock, customer will have the option to choose different styles with the same price, or customer can exchange to higher priced item by paying the price difference.
We do not offer refunds.
To make an exchange, customer must contact us within 3 days after you receive the item. Exceed this period the exchange will be deemed invalid.
An exchanged item must be in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, with the tag intact and attached. Should this condition is not met, we have the right to refuse the exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange. All sales are final.
Shipping fees that occur due to the exchange will be payable by the customer, except in cases where we accidentally send the wrong item or size.
We will ship the new item only after we receive the returned item and satisfied with the item condition and the shipping fee to resend the new item is fully paid. Should this condition is not met, we have the right to refuse the exchange.
Exchange is only allowed for items directly purchased from us. Items purchased from third parties, such as resellers or stockists are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange is only allowed once for every transaction.
Custom orders, sale and promotional (voucher code purchase, etc.) items are not eligible for return or exchange.
